Editorial Standards
Editorial Policy
Last updated June 23, 2026
StyledMag publishes reader-focused articles, guides, and editorial coverage. Our goal is to make each story clear, useful, and honest about what is verified, what is interpretation, and what readers should consider next.
Standards
- We aim to use clear bylines, dates, and topic labels.
- We avoid invented quotes, unsupported statistics, and misleading headlines.
- We separate factual claims from opinion, commentary, and recommendations.
- We update or correct articles when meaningful errors are identified.
Sources
For current claims, product-specific details, statistics, or public-interest reporting, articles should rely on primary sources, official pages, reputable publishers, or other sources appropriate to the topic. When a story needs additional verification, it should remain unpublished until those checks are complete.
Commercial content
Advertising, affiliate references, sponsorships, or promotional relationships should not override editorial judgment. When content is sponsored or materially influenced by a commercial relationship, it should be labeled in a way readers can understand.
